The Beauty Barn is a boutique beauty studio founded in 2012 by industry expert Sophie Andrews.

Nestled in the picturesque Somerset village of Chilcompton, perfectly positioned between Bath and Wells, the studio offers a private, tranquil setting with beautiful countryside views - an exclusive space designed for calm, comfort, and indulgence.

With over 19 years of experience, Sophie has built a reputation for exceptional standards and refined expertise. Her work has been recognised nationally, with features in The Sunday Times and appearances on national radio. She was named a finalist in the prestigious The Gel Bottle awards as 'Industry Champion of the Year' (2021) and later shortlisted for '5 Star Beauty Salon' in the South West Beauty Awards (2022).

Now specialising in advanced nail treatments, Sophie is known for her work in BIAB (Builder In A Bottle) and her meticulous, results driven approach. At the core of every treatment is a commitment to nail health - ensuring the natural nail is protected, strengthened and enhanced over time.
​Only premium, consciously selected products are used, chosen not only for their exceptional performance and flawless finish, but also being kind to the environment and never tested on animals.
At The Beauty Barn, every detail is considered, offering a truly elevated high end experience where luxury meets expertise, and healthy, beautiful nails are always the priority.
